Soft, romantic and fleetingly ethereal – that’s the mood the Scandi set is embracing right now. Wherever they may be in the world, light fabrics and diaphonous silhouettes are reigning supreme, and we’re entirely taken by it.
In New York, influencer and designer Chloé Schuterman put on a tonal display, donning a The Frankie Shop jacket and Mango cut-out jeans (not dissimilar to the Nordic pastoral mood of Vogue Scandinavia’s latest issue). Also stateside, Desiré Inglander stepped out for her first Met Gala alongside partner Mondo Duplantis in an ethereal Gerges Hobeika couture gown that felt lifted from a painting — perfectly on theme.
Meanwhile, Princess Sofia of Sweden turned heads at King Carl XVI Gustav’s 80th birthday celebrations in baby blue Roland Mouret paired with a bespoke Jane Taylor hat. Elsewhere, the mood shifted: Rotate co-founder Jeanette Madsen styled oversized tailoring from H&M’s upcoming collaboration with Stella McCartney with an enviable ease, while influencer Tsutsumi Hoang matched the poetry of her Liberowe look to the Parisian apartment she lounged in.
