Mondo, Bill and Tom of Finland: All of the Scandinavian moments at the Met Gala 2026

From Mondo Duplantis and Desiré Inglander’s date night to a single Skarsgård sighting, there were plenty of Scandinavian moments at the 2026 Met Gala. Not only were some of our region’s most noteworthy talents in attendance (all of whom just so happen to be alums of Vogue Scandinavia), Nordic design and artistic references also made their way down the moss-tinged beige carpet. The dress code was, after all, 'Fashion is Art' – a reflection of this year’s exhibition, 'Costume Art'.
