These Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Four North Stockholm AB, company registration number 559232-4338, Sköldungagatan 7, 114 27 Stockholm, Sweden, hereinafter referred to as “Vogue Scandinavia”, "us" or ”we”, via the website voguescandianvia.com (the “Platform”). These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. By using the Platform and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”) and to our User Terms. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing your order.

When you place an order, we recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference.

Changes to these Terms

We may update and/or amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to purchase a product via the Platform, please check these Terms to ensure that you understand the terms that apply at that time of your purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms have changed since your most recent order, the date when they were most recently updated will be displayed at the top of the Terms.

Age Restrictions

The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18, and such users are expressly prohibited from purchasing products, or registering for an account, and by taking such actions you guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older.

How we will accept your order

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an email confirming your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources, which we could not reasonably plan for or foresee, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, because your payment method has been declined, because the delivery address you have provided is not a valid shipping address or because shipping restrictions apply.

We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

In the event prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Platform to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection. Please note that items in your shopping basket and on your wishlist are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.


When placing an order for the first time, you may be offered the option to register with us and will be required to complete certain required fields on an order form. We may provide you with and/or ask you to use identifications and passwords and other means for you to be able to access certain areas of the Platform, such as the My Account section. Where we do so, it is on the condition that you shall be responsible for ensuring that such details are kept secure and confidential at all times.

You agree to comply with all security directions and/or recommendations given by us and inform us immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account details or if your account details become available to an unauthorised party. Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, we may suspend your access to the Platform without liability to you if, in our reasonable opinion, such action is necessary for safeguarding the Platform.

Our Products

The images of the products on our Platform are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our Platform.


The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Platform. During the order process, we will let you know when you can expect the delivery of your product. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Please note that a product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. Once a product has been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the product shall pass to you. The ownership of the product which is goods will pass to you once we have received payment in full.

If your magazine is not picked up and returned to us, and you wish to have it resent you will have to pay shipping according to the tariff for your location. In such instances we will inform you before we create any order or invoices so you have a choice whether to accept the charges.

Suspension of Products

We may have to suspend the supply of a product you have paid for to deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes or comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements. If we suspend or cancel a product, we will contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending supply of a product, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. If we have to suspend the product, we will adjust the price so that you do not pay for products while they are suspended. You may contact us to end the contract for a product if we suspend it, or tell you we are going to suspend it, in each case for a period of more than one (1) month and we will refund any sums you have paid for the product in advance.


If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back).

If you have just changed your mind about the product, you may in may be able to get a refund.

We don’t accept returns for unwanted products for reasons other than those set out in our Return Policy. If you try to return a product when you do not have the right to, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Cancellation of Subscription

To cancel your subscription of a magazine, please let us know by emailing us. Please provide your name, home address, order number, your phone number and email address.

We may cancel your subscription or cancel your purchase of a product at any time by notifying you via e-mail if:

  • your payment method is declined; or
  • you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.

Customer Service

If you have any questions or complaints about the product, please contact us. If a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. You can email us.

Price and Payment

The price of the product (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. Please note that the price for delivery will be displayed separately. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. However. please see below for what happens if we discover an error in the price of the product you order.

If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

Please note that it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.

Payment for the product takes place in connection with the order if you have not to pay by invoice or another payment method that allows later payment. You enter your payment details when you place the order by using a valid debit card. We reserve the right to check the validity of the payment card, that there is room for debiting the value of the words and that your address information is correct. We may refuse purchases as a result of these checks.

If you have chosen a payment method that allows later payment, e.g. invoice payment, a credit report may be made by you, which you will be informed about in connection with the credit report.

Affiliate Links

In the event that the Platform contains external affiliate links, Vogue Scandinavia may not be responsible for the content, security, purchases or processing of your personal data that takes place on these websites.

**Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage **

Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the Platform shall be limited to the total price of your order.

We are not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity. We are also not responsible for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products including the right to receive products which are: as described and match information we provided to you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care; and for defective products.

We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Other Terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation.

This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. All disputes concerning the application of these Terms, and all other disputes arising out of these Terms, shall be finally settled by Swedish general court, whereby the district court of Stockholm shall be the first instance.

If you are a customer residing in Sweden, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (“ARN”), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in ARN’s dispute resolution and follow ARN's recommendations.

You can also send your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR Platform). The ODR platform offers out-of-court dispute resolution for consumers and traders within the EU regarding online goods purchases.
