After a year of bold hair pivots and scene-stealing reinvention, Pamela Anderson is circling back to her most iconic look to date. Debuting a near-platinum blonde at the Golden Globes 2026, the actor proves that sometimes the most powerful transformation is a return to form

From starring opposite Liam Neeson in The Naked Gun complete with a brief, butterfly-inducing romance, to cutting micro-bangs for the Met Gala and trading her signature buxom blonde for a copper coloured do, 2025 was unmistakably Pamela Anderson’s year. But as attention turns to what 2026 has in store, it seems the former Vogue Scandinavia cover star is revisiting an old favourite: peroxide blonde.

Tapping Biolage for the transformation, Anderson noted in a video shared on Instagram that it marked the first time she has gone truly platinum. In the clip, the former redhead also reflected on her approach to acting and physical transformation: “I like to do something physical when it comes to playing characters, and I just really knew that in this last film my hair was supposed to be red. Now I’m blonde, and I feel like the character is gone. I want to try different looks. I want to be different people. I don’t want to see myself in the roles I’m playing. I feel like this is just the beginning of my career.”

Debuting the new platinum shade at the Golden Globe Awards 2026, the Finnish-heritage actress swept her near-silver lengths into a French twist, shaping the face-framing strands into a dramatic deep side part, a look that dominated the red carpet.
