Now that Copenhagen Fashion Week is in the rearview mirror, Vogue Scandinavia charts the standout accessory trends spotted on the autumn/winter '26 runways
We’re officially done and dusted with another season of Copenhagen Fashion Week where both the street style and the autumn/winter ‘26 runways runways delivered no shortage of sartorial inspiration – and, of course, a glimpse of what’s next. Before attention shifts to the international shows around the corner, we’re rewinding to revel in the standout accessory trends Vogue Scandinavia spotted across our homegrown AW26 catwalks.
From funky socks and cool-girl berets to the unexpected debut of the ‘belt glove,’ here are the accessories shaping the AW26 season.

Cosy collars
While a bevvy of fur coats populated this season’s street style (no surprise there, given the sub-zero temperatures), a plush accessory reigned supreme on the runways. At Baum und Pfedgarten, Gestuz and The Garment, cosy faux fur collars appeared layered over dresses, blazers and leather jackets, proving the versatile styling power of this accessory. Not only does the faux fur collar offer a welcome extra layer of warmth, it doubles as a statement piece to add a touch of luxe to any look.

The cool girl beret
Bold headwear was all over Copenhagen’s streets this week, and the catwalks followed suit, with one style emerging as a clear favourite: the beret. While Netflix hit Emily in Paris – famed for its punchy costume design and berets galore – rendered the lady-like accessory strongly associated with Parisian style in paintbox brights, the hat received a cool-girl makeover in Copenhagen for AW26. As seen at MKTD Studio, The Garment, and Stel the beret arrives this season in dark, earthy tones, preferably crafted from leather or knitted for added texture and styled with minimalist, monochromatic ensembles.
