Shipping Policy


Delivery
We ship in partnership with several local dispatchers. We process and send out orders during our general working hours. These are 8:00 to 17:00 from Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Depending on you choice of carrier, please not that there might be a shipping delay during the Holidays in December and January.


Where do we ship to?
We ship where Postnord and BudBee delivers around the world. For all countries there is an additional shipping cost added directly at check-out. The cost of delivery for a subscription is a one-time fee.


How long does delivery take?
You will be informed by us or our partners of the estimated shipping time when your order is confirmed. Dispatch will be 1-2 days after your order is confirmed. Delivery to the Nordics will usually take 3 to 12 working days, not including Bank Holidays.


How is my order shipped?
Your online order is carefully packed and then handed over to our courier. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team.


How can I track my shipment?
Tracking is currently only available for Swedish customers. A link will automatically be sent to you via e-mail address after dispatch.


Order Cancellation, Exchange and Returns

Cancellation Rights
Consumers have a legal right to cancel orders. You can find more information on our cancellation policy and procedure by emailing Customer Service.

Taxes and fees
For orders from international customers (customers outside of the EU), except Norway and Iceland, the total amount is paid exclusive of VAT, Swedish VAT and other fees. In addition, taxes and other fees can be applied which are determined by the customs authority of the country of destination, even if this is not always the case. The assessment of fees and taxes will be based on the value of the order and any threshold for tax-free purchases for imported goods into the country of destination.


The recipient bears the responsibility for payment of fees and taxes and Vogue Scandinavia is not able to control or influence these types of fees and taxes, as they are decided by the respective country’s custom authority. Thus, it is up to each customer outside the EU (except customers from Norway and Iceland) to familiarize themselves with their specific country regulations.

Vogue Scandinavia reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
