Return Policy

The following applies to all orders (both print and digital products) placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Four North Stockholm AB, company registration number 559232-4338, Sköldungagatan 7, 114 27 Stockholm, Sweden, hereinafter referred to as “Four North”, "us" or ”we”, via the website voguescandinavia.com/store (the “Platform”).


When returning an item, you will receive a complete refund for the returned item. However, the customer must pay for shipping when returning an item. Please note that if a free gift has been received, the gift must be returned to receive the refund.


Vogue Scandinavia will pay the costs of return:
• if the products are faulty or misdescribed; or
• if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control, or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.


In all other circumstances, you must pay the costs of return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you want to return a product, please email our Customer Service.


How to return an item

The return shall be sent to the address you find printed on the box or below. The return must include the following information:

• Order number
• Customer number
• Email address

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order's last item(s). Returned items must be in original condition, and the seal of the magazine's package must not be broken. Returned clothing must be unwashed and unworn with no discernible marks and in the original packaging with labels and hangtags attached.


If there is a problem with the product

If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed, you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or get some or all of your money back).


Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or complaints about the product. If a product is faulty, don't hesitate to contact us when you discover the fault. You can write to us at customerservice@voguescandinavia.com.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of your item. In the instance of a faulty item, you will get notified upon a rejection of you refund. If the returned item is approved, we will continue processing your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 working days.

How we will refund you.
We will refund you by the same method you used for payment. However, in some instances, we may deduct the price, as described below.


Deductions from refunds
If you are exercising your right to change your mind, we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. Alternatively, if a product is returned to us worn, used, damaged or in an unsaleable condition, we may not be able to give you a refund and we may have to send the product back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.


If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity, for example, if we suspect that you are wearing and returning products or ordering and returning unusual volumes of products, we may suspend your access to the Platform without liability to you if, in our reasonable opinion, such action is necessary for safeguarding the Platform. If you believe your account has been mistakenly suspended or have any complaints regarding returns or refunds, please get in touch with us contact us via email.
