Video: Model and singer Klara Kristin takes us on a journey through Copenhagen

By Vogue Scandinavia

We follow the model and singer as she takes in some of the Danish capital's best spots

A very specific aesthetic has emerged in Copenhagen. Our print editor Allyson Shiffman has dubbed it 'Copencore.' It features oversized silhouettes, wide-shouldered coats and high-waisted trousers. The subtle yet oh so luxe khaki, beige and brown. An effortless cool is mandatory when it comes to nailing the 'Copencore' look.

In the December - January issue of Vogue Scandinavia, we pay homage to Copenhagen in our 'Copencore' editorial starring model and singer Klara Kristin, styled by Sophia Roe and photographed by Marco van Rijt.

Modelling new season looks from our own Scandinavian brands, we follow Kristin as she explores the Danish capital’s most famous landmarks and local haunts from the Old Town’s Vognmagergade street to Hercules pavilion. Later, she takes a sunny skip through King’s Garden, before visiting the historic Christiansborg Palace, The Marble Church in the Frederiksstaden district and finally, Bellvue beach.

Go behind the scenes to discover this specifically Copenhagen-y manner of dress...
