By Clare McInerney

The soiree in Stockholm saw Vogue Scandinavia and Tiffany & Co. officially toast the festive season – amidst jewellery and company that sparkled in equal measure. Step inside the celebrations below

The windows of Tiffany & Co.'s beloved Stockholm flagship glow radiantly all year round, but on Tuesday evening, passersby would have noticed an especially bright sparkle within as Martina Bonnier, editor in chief of Vogue Scandinavia, welcomed VIP guests to be immersed in the artistry and magic of the luxury jeweller's collections. Snow fell outside and champagne flowed inside, as heavyweights from Stockholm's fashion and entertainment industries gathered to fete the arrival of the festive season.

To an ambient soundtrack delivered by DJ Daniella Johnsson, musical powerhouses Seinabo Sey and Molly Sandén mingled with makeup extraordinaire Linda Halberg, multi-hyphenate star Gina Dirawi, and Stockholm's favourite man-about-town Micael Bindefeld. Attention then turned from the jewels and bubbles to Bonnier, as she took to the microphone, speaking with personal fondness of Tiffany & Co.'s timeless icons and rich archive of prolific designer collaborations. Shortly afterwards, the captivated crowd was treated to an intimate performance by none other than Alba August, who bewitched with renditions of ‘True Colours’ and ‘Nothing Compares 2 U’.

The most magnetic presence of the evening? Tiffany & Co.'s Tiffany T, HardWear and Lock collections – all out in full force. Bursts of excitement were detectable as guests huddled over gleaming countertops and flitted to the boutique's mirrors to admire the coveted pieces. Senior fashion editor Maria Barsoum was spotted in the head-turning Elsa Peretti snake necklace, while Bonnier shone in new icons from the HardWear and Lock ranges. Elsewhere, Tiffany & Co.'s iconic Bird on a Rock by Jean Schlumberger watched on from within a gilded bauble. All in all, a glittering toast to the season.
