Film’s biggest stars flock to Cannes Film Festival every year, and 2023 is no different. Among all the diamonds and show-stopping gowns are the beauty looks, both classic and experimental, that are just as much of a spectacle as the outfits.

Take Helen Mirren, who switched up her signature silver lengths for a very modern blue dye job. If you thought bright hair colors were only for teenagers, think again.
