Iconic Swedish actor Stellan Skarsgård attended the Andor season two premiere rocking a checkered set by Adnym, the latest look in his high fashion era
Not to be outdone by his sons in the battle for best-dressed Skarsgård, Stellan Skarsgård turned up and turned heads at the UK premiere of season two of Andor. Walking the brown carpet in a tonal black checkered coach jacket and trouser set by Swedish brand Adnym, Skårsgard, who plays rebel leader Luthen Rael in the Disney+ series, looked effortlessly cool. He completed the look with a classic pair of black Converse Chuck Taylosrs.

The look is a welcome change of pace for the 73-year-old actor, who often opts for polished black or navy tailoring on the red carpet. However, since linking up with Swedish stylist (and Vogue Scandinavia contributor) Emine Sander, Skarsgård has subtly pushed the boundaries of his looks, experimenting with silhouette in unexpected ways. It’s no surprise that Adnym has been Skarsgård’s brand of choice for his new fashion-forward era; Sander’s fiancé is Adnym co-founder Frippe Persson.
Skarsgård’s Andor red carpet set, however, is his most daring look to date, and we are most certainly here for it.
