See how these six Scandinavians bid farewell to 2025
And just like that, the curtain has fallen on 2025. We bid adieu to a whirlwind of a year (a blur of creative director reshuffles, 14-minute space trips, scandalous Coldplay concerts and more) and turn our attention to what is to come. While we too are participating in the annual ritual of setting resolutions, goals, and intentions, we pause for a moment to reflect on how the Scandi set truly said farewell to the last 12 months.
Amid the fireworks, fashion and more, join us as we rewind 48 hours and immerse ourselves in the myriad ways these six Scandinavians ushered in the new year. Spoiler - this is emphatically not a holiday celebrated at home.

It was "Vegas Baby!" for Swedish pop sensation Zara Larsson. The 'Midnight Sun' signer, whose rebrandings in 2025 saw her rocket back into the cultural zeitgeist, finished off her bumper year by performing on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest in Las Vegas. Featuring alongside the likes of Mariah Carey, Diana Ross and Chappel Roan, Larsson showed that even though it may be New Year's Eve, "Summer isn't over year," as she lit up the stage with signature technicolour talent.

To match the magical scene, Schönberg donned a silk maxi dress from her own label, adding an extra level of elegance that complemented her signature minimalist aesthetic.
