When we're born, we all get our own rune stone (find yours here). This birth rune indicates the abilities, talents and resources that you bring into your life.

But as the universe is constantly changing, daily, weekly or monthly runic astrology can tell you how events, actions and things affect your life. It can also reveal what energies, events and changes are occurring, and how you can best act on them. A runic horoscope is a guide to your spiritual journey and a guide on how to live life to the fullest.

Fehu (29th June – 14th July)

This week, communication problems and misunderstandings can occur more easily than usual. Mercury, the planet of communication, begins to move swiftly backwards on the starry sky, and you can already feel the effect from Tuesday. Some will feel the effects already on Monday, depending on how sensitive you are. Think twice before you say anything.

Uruz (14th July – 29th July)

Now you might feel the need to slow down the pace of your everyday life. Strong energies from the universe
can give you more strength to perform on your daily activities. Events may be canceled or postponed. Use the time constructively to reflect on what you are going to take from the changes that are about to happen, they are the universe's message to you. Where do you want to go next?

Thurisaz (29th July – 13th August)

It can be tempting to splurge on a shopping spree to renew yourself for the autumn, but in the next few weeks, you should rather gather information and compare prices. Wait until October before you make any decisive moves. The time has come to make use of everything you can re-purpose, recycle, repair and reorganise. Recycling is a good thing, both for the environment and for your wallet.

Ansuz (13th August – 29th August)

This week is a good time to think about what you spend your money on. If you have been a little optimistic, it's time to turn the tables now and consider a more realistic outlook. The trading planet is moving backwards on the starry sky from Friday, but you can feel the effect already on Tuesday. Follow your inner self - it will tell you to think twice before making any major purchases.

Raidho (29th August – 13th September)

This week, you'll get nice feedback from someone close to you - accept it with grace. It is a signal how far you have come in the last two years. In the next three weeks, you'll have a lot to catch up on refining your image. A change in appearance - hairstyle or dressing - will increase your self-confidence. Clean up your wardrobe. Get inspired.

Kenaz (13th September – 28th September)

Spend the next three weeks sorting out any existing inventory. Wait until next month before you renew what is missing. The next few weeks favour everything that has to do with reuse. Everything you can repair, reorganise and reuse is now gold. Used furniture and clothes are within this category. Clear up - also your own thoughts.

Gebo (28th September – 13th October)

Past dreams and desires may pop into your head in the next three weeks. They could be some things that you previously thought but repressed, perhaps due to lack of time. Let your mind wander in the next few weeks without making a concrete decision. Let your thoughts mature in this phase and afterwards, it is easier to reach a conclusion. Be introspective.

Wunjo (13th October – 28th October)

Your dreams and goals may come up in a social context this week. Listen to other people's thoughts and input, but don't let others tell you how to live your life. You are at the start of a longer process, where you have to reassess your goals. What was the most important to you in the past perhaps feels less important right now?

Hagalaz (28th October – 13th November)

Hasty decisions can lead to a different result than intended this week when the communication and trading planet, Mercury, moves backwards in the starry sky. You can feel the energy already from Tuesday. Doing something you've been thinking about doing for a long time can backfire both ways. You must stop and think carefully before you decide.

Nauthiz (13th November – 28th November)

Something can happen in secret at work, among friends or in another group context. You're not quite sure what it could be. Stand on the sidelines and await for the situation to unfold. The truth will emerge gradually. Instead, turn your energy inward. What do you want to reorganise in your life?

Isa (28th November – 13th December)

This week, don't reveal the workings of your mind to anyone. Avoid sharing your ideas and thoughts with others. If not, you may find that your favourite project is snapped up right in front your eyes. Keep working on your ideas and wait until the second week of October to share them with others. Let them ripen.

Jera (13th December – 28th December)

Double-check the e-mails, messages and social media posts you write before you press the send button. They may reach the wrong recipient this week. Be understanding that others are not always in the mood. Remember that when others have a bad day, it has little to do with you. Use the time to reflect on yourself and where your road should lead next.

Eihwaz (28th December – 13th January)

If you are traveling this week, double check travel times and tickets. Aviation and public transportation problems arise when the planet of communication and movement, Mercury, moves backwards in the starry sky. Allow a little extra time when you need to move from point A to B. Getting to know the facts before a meeting gives you a golden opportunity to excel.

Perthro (13th January – 28th January)

Someone you previously had contact with can come back into your life through a chance meeting. Are you
willing to continue where you left off, or have the conditions changed? Have you developed yourself in a different direction? You have to decide on this. Spend the next three weeks reflecting before you decide.

Algiz (28th January – 13th February)

When meeting new people, healthy skepticism can pay off. Avoid taking what others say for the absolute truth. Be wary of whether they are what they say they are. A veil lies over the truth for the next three weeks and many half-truths will emerge. Steer away and concentrate on cleaning up your own everyday life. Think long term.

Sowilo (13th February – 27th February)

Now it may be that you might have to deal with get something that you have been sweeping under the rug. It could be a half-done task around personal errands, contracts or tax issues. Make sure that that you pay the correct tax - it is time to sort out your finances. This particularly applies to debts and any agreements you have with others. Use common sense.

Teiwaz (27th February – 14th March)

Unresolved conflicts should be put to bed this week. The energies of the starry sky take a temporary pause from their rapid speed, and ask you to ponder where they should go the next three weeks. Everything doesn't have to be set in stone. Be flexible. You've come far with an easy going attitude to life.

Berkano (14th March – 30th March)

Avoid breaking your boundaries close relationships now, whether with a business partner or in intimate relationships. You enter a temporary phase for the next three weeks where the universe asks you to reflect on what you want out of a relationship. Is this what you want or have you changed? Let your mind wander and let you thoughts brew for the next three weeks. In the meantime, stay calm.

Ehwaz (30th March – 14th April)

Now you can sense that there is something being talked about and whispered about around you, but you're not able to figure out what it is. Concentrate on performing your duties. Maintain your course and avoid the gossip. What is being said will appear, but perhaps until after the next three weeks. Spend time on yourself, improve your health. This week is good for getting rid of bad habits.

Mannaz (14th April – 29th April)

There's something secret going on this week, but you're not quite sure that. Avoid getting involved. You will know in due course who should be involved. Use the time for yourself, your health and everyday routines. In the next three weeks, you have a golden opportunity to change some habits that you don't like. Search within yourself.

Laguz (29th April – 14th May)

Now you need to shine and to be seen. Someone you were previously romantically involved with can come back into your life. It could be someone you had a relationship with or were fascinated by. If it's for an end or a new beginning, you will know at the beginning of October. Emotions can flare up, but wait to live them out.

Ingwaz (14th May – 29th May)

Someone you were previously romantically involved with may enter your life this week. Take it for what it is. Avoid making any concrete plans even if old feelings start to creep up. Watch the time and make the decision in the second week of October. Then you will be a little more updated on the situation and more information has come to light.

Othala (29th May – 14th June)

This week you may have to reconsider something you have been planning for a long time at home or at work. It could be connected with renovation plans or other changes you wish to make to your surroundings, however it's important that you discuss these with other people involved. If you are moving to a new place, feel free to as the advice of a professional. Be cautious.

Dagaz (14th June – 29th June)

Think before you speak this week. Misunderstandings occur more easily when the planet of communication,
Mercury, moves backwards in the starry sky. Something that is meant in the best way can become misunderstood. The same applies if you hear something that doesn't sound right. Now it is important to understand each other and avoid any challenges in communication.
