Gotain x Boråstapeter

Sweet Pea wallpaper

The best interior design releases of November 2025

Remember Swedish interiors brand Gotain’s charming, cottage-core-central curtain line-up released last summer, aptly named the ‘Cottage Collection’? Now, you’ll be able to match your walls with your curtains, as Gotain has teamed up with acclaimed Swedish wallpaper brand Boråstapeter to release a beautiful wallpaper adorned with one of the playful patterns from the curtain drop, the ‘Sweet Pea’. The new wallpaper is available in four colour options: dove blue, mustard, olive green, and burgundy.

Why we love it: We were already swooning over Gotain’s ‘Cottage Collection’ curtains, and a wallpaper version of the ‘Sweet Pea’ couldn’t come at a better time, considering how trendy wallpapers and murals are right now. The whimsy-exuding ‘Sweet Pea’ pattern is eye-catching but not overpowering, making it ideal for adding character to a range of spaces, from a summer house to a city apartment. We also love that crafting the wallpaper still incorporates surface printing, a traditional technique used at Boråstapeter since 1905.

Steamery

Cirrus 3 Edition Iron Steamer

The best Nordic interior design releases November 2025

Swedish company Steamery’s cutting-edge steamers are loved by clothing-care devotees and top stylists alike, and the brand has just released a new, limited-edition model: the Cirrus 3 Edition, available only in 500 pieces. Boasting a fresh, sleek design, the steamer is a premium iteration of the award-winning Cirrus 3, complete with a polished chrome finish. Combining a steamer and an iron in one, the gadget de-wrinkles garments effortlessly and quickly, while also refreshing clothes and eliminating 99.9 per cent of bacteria.

Why we love it: If there’s something I can’t stand, it’s wrinkly clothes. Or steamers that leave my garments damp. And irons that risk damaging fabrics. There’s none of that with Steamery’s products. The Cirrus 3 Edition delivers a powerful fusion of iron and steamer, while remaining gentle on even your most delicate pieces. I also appreciate that it’s compact-sized, lightweight and heats up in just 25 seconds, making it perfect for travel and on-the-go steaming.

Layered x Evelina Kroon

Wool Rug - Arbor

The best Nordic interior design releases November 2025

Layered is back with another buzzy artist collaboration, linking up for the second time with Stockholm-based multihyphenate Evelina Kroon. The result is a collection of graphic, hand-woven Rya rugs crafted from 100 per cent wool and rendered in five eye-catching geometric patterns. “There’s a sense of play here – just like in the first collection I created for Layered, I imagine jumping over obstacles in socks,” the artist says. “But this time, it takes on a new energy. The grid or check pattern is looser than ever – an important step forward for me.”

Why we love it: A chunky, tactile rug is a great way to ground a room and add depth to a space. I was immediately drawn to the Layered x Evelina Kroon collaboration’s rich, earthy hues and the patterns, which, while striking, feel just loud enough.

4

Juul

Juul 911 Modular Sofa

The best Nordic interior design releases November 2025

“Juul 911 is a sofa that, in a stylish and simple way, brings together what we always strive for in our furniture: a timeless expression, superior materials and first-class comfort,” explains Nils Juul Eilersen, the designer behind the Danish brand Juul’s latest sofa. Embodying modern, Scandinavian minimalism, the pared-back piece features a frame crafted from solid pine, complete with a cushy seat harnessing Nozaq springs and polyurethane foam wrapped in down, offering an ultra-soft seating experience.

Why we love it: Not only is the Juul 911 sofa comfortable and sleek, but its modular design allows it to be combined in several ways, from a petite two-seater to a sprawling L-shaped configuration. The Juul 911 is also available as an armchair, making it a great option for those with smaller spaces.

Beata Heuman

Durham Quilt Dew

Best Nordic interior design releases November 2025

Renowned Swedish interior designer Beata Heuman has launched a new, delightful colourway for her Durham Quilt, inspired by the intricate pattern work of antique Durham-style bedspreads and created in collaboration with Mille Notti. Called ‘Dew’, the fresh double-sided design features a clever combination of blush pink and saturated sage, crafted to complement the brand’s silky bedding.

Why we love it: It’s always a good day when Beata Heuman releases a new product, but there’s something very sweet and quintessentially old-world in the Durham Quilt, with its elaborate, quilted floral motifs. Pink and green make excellent bedfellows, and the slightly muted hues add to the piece’s quaint allure. The Durham Quilt makes a great accent on your bed or sofa, and its machine-washability makes it a breeze to care for.

6

Marie-Louise Hellgren for Örsjö Belysning

Essence Cloudy portable table lamp

Best Nordic interior design releases November 2025

In illuminating lamp news, Swedish brand Örsjö Belysning has joined forces with designer Marie-Louise Hellgren to launch a sculptural Essence table lamp crafted from recycled, hand-blown glass. The portable, rechargeable lamp moves easily from room to room, and works just as well on a coffee table, windowsill, nightstand or shelf.

Why we love it: As a ‘big-light-never-on’ kind of person, I appreciate beautiful, ambient lighting to sprinkle around a room for that moody, cosy feel. The Essence table lamp’s artful, sculpted form and the delicate swirls wrapping around the glass make it a statement piece even when unlit. Bonus points for the cordless, sustainable design.

7

Karup Design

Orbit Bed

Best Nordic interior design releases November 2025

Danish brand Karup Design knows a thing or two about crafting cool and comfortable beds, and its latest launch is no different. Created by Herman Studio, the architectural Orbit Bed, crafted from warm, solid pine, features an elegant, curved silhouette and foldable slats that make it effortless to access and utilise the space beneath the bed.

Why we love it: An unconventional bedframe is an excellent way to subtly transform a bedroom. Karup Design’s Orbit Bed strikes the sweet spot between refined and playful, while not sacrificing quality or functionality.

8

Tekla

Terry hooded bathrobe

Best Nordic interior design releases November 2025

We can always count on Danish lifestyle brand Tekla to deliver the most fun, vibrant homewares. In its recently launched holiday collection, the label introduced a range of plush, hooded terry bathrobes in an enveloping, boxy design. The bathrobes come in a host of delicious hues and funky stripes.

Why we love it: Cushy bathrobes are made for the holiday season, when days blend together, and all you want to do is binge Christmas films with a steaming cup of glögg or hot chocolate in hand. A boxy, generous fit gives the feel of a warm embrace, while the cheerful colours and stripes brighten up these murky days. Hint: this bathrobe also makes the perfect gift…

maxjenny! x Brittfurn

'Howard' armchair

Best Nordic interior design releases November 2025

Two Swedish creative powerhouses, lifestyle brand maxjenny! and interior design agency Brittfurn recently linked up for a collaboration that infuses furniture with a quirky, bold sartorial energy. At the heart of the team-up is the zesty ‘Howard’ armchair, rendered in electric hues and punchy patterns. “Brittfurn connected with my work because of its bold use of colour, balanced by a timeless and lasting aesthetic – something they felt resonated strongly with their own values,” explains Maxjenny Forslund, chief creative officer of her namesake label. “The ‘Howard’ armchair is my interpretation of a classic 19th-century silhouette, reimagined through maxjenny! ’s visual language… For me, the chair becomes a piece of living art, carrying the same emotional energy as my fashion: expressive, sculptural and confident.”

Why we love it: The maxjenny! x Brittfurn collaboration is precisely the kind of uplifting energy we – and our homes – need to make it through the cold and dark Nordic winter. A true statement piece through and through, the ‘Howard’ armchair, with its effervescent patterns and shades, is perfect for those looking to spice up their interiors.
