At the 2026 3daysofdesign, Georg Jensen unveiled a playful garden inviting visitors to try their hand at nostalgic field games, elevated with the brand's signature sterling silver finishes. Ahead, Vogue Scandinavia speaks with creative director Paula Gerbase about the latest activation, and why it feels especially relevant now
Nestled in Højbro Plads in central Copenhagen, you’ll find a secret garden lined with lush trees. Step inside, and a whimsical playground unfolds, where nostalgic games like ring toss and kongespil invite visitors to take a breather from the day and embrace their inner child. This joy-inducing space is Georg Jensen’s installation at 3daysofdesign, where the iconic Danish heritage brand offers a refreshing take on the traditional design week showcase.
And the objects housed in Georg Jensen’s garden are no ordinary field games, but works of art in their own right, adorned with playful, sterling silver details that take the brand’s signature material to new territory. Paying homage to the founder’s deep-rooted fascination with nature, a fantastical world of fauna comes to life across the collectible games, with intricately crafted dragonflies, toads, snakes and snails perched atop the ring toss stand and kongespil blocks locally crafted from walnut wood.
