By Malene Birger launches jewellery, and this is what to expect

Known for embracing eclecticism, tomorrow Danish brand By Malene Birger expands its universe beyond ready-to-wear, launching its first jewellery line. Spearheaded by creative director Maja Dixdotter, the jewellery is a natural extension of the brand’s contemporary take on free-spirited silhouettes and Scandinavian minimalism.

The pieces are simple and refined, constrained in their expression. Bulbous cuffs, earrings, necklaces and rings in 925 sterling silver and 14-carat plated gold nest neatly over the brand’s signature knits and silk shirts. “Everything we create must serve an authentic purpose in the wardrobe of the By Malene Birger woman,” says Dixdotter.
