Amidst her Another Simple Favor press tour, Blake Lively steps out in a faux leather look from Danish brand Forza Collective for a night at the theatre with husband Ryan Reynolds
Recently, Blake Lively herself requested ‘a simple favour’: some looks from Danish brand Forza Collective. Naturally the request was met. And so, yesterday, Lively stepped out in New York for a date night with husband Ryan Reynolds wearing a black faux leather look from Forza Collective’s autumn/winter 2025 collection. “She personally reached out to us and requested a handful of looks from our AW25 collection for the press week of her new movie Another Simple Favor,” says Forza Collective founder and creative director Kristoffer Kongshaug, noting that the film premieres in New York this evening.

Walking hand-in-hand with Reynolds through Greenwich Village en route to see the play Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes (starring the couple’s pal Hugh Jackman) at Minetta Lane Theatre, Lively looked uncharacteristically edgy in the set. Consisting of a pipe pleated peplum top and relaxed wide-leg pants, the look was styled on the Forza Collective runway with a severe slicked back bun and faux fur dip-dyed stole. Lively, however, softened the ensemble with her signature blonde locks cascading in loose curls, spike-embellished stilettos and a kaleidoscopic-coloured handbag.
Though Kongshaug isn’t a Gossip Girl fan “per se”, he notes that he’s “excited that someone with her platform makes an effort to wear up and coming brands”. Here’s hoping for more unexpected Scandinavian fashion moments courtesy of Lively throughout the Another Simple Favor press tour. In fact, consider that a ‘simple favour’ requested from us.
