With a new issue, comes a whole new playlist to soundtrack your life. Here, listen to the curated playlist of Vogue Scandinavia's April-May issue

For Vogue Scandinavia's eleventh issue, pop star and Scandinavian icon Zara Larsson graces the cover. So naturally, the soundtrack begins with Larsson's latest single Can't Tame Her from her highly anticipated upcoming album.

Following in the footsteps of the long line of Scandi stars who have reached international mega-fame, Larsson's cover is soundtracked by the past and future of the Nordic music phenomenon: 1960s starlet and jazz icon Monica Zetterlund, Robyn, Danish duo Gorgeous, and Swedish-South African Stella Explorer.

Furthermore, the pages of the eleventh issue pay homage to Nordic blondes in all its myths and iterations, as well as the Scandi obsession with liquorice, and the new wave of Nordic actors to grace the silver screen. In this curated mix, we hear early 2000s classics like Aaliyah and a throwback to Daniel Adams-Ray’s first album, with a few segments from the 1980s, to set the tone for tradition-bound yet ever-transformational aspects of Scandinavian culture.
