Jean Schlumberger’s revival of pallionné enamelling is something as synonymous with Tiffany & Co. as its little blue box. And now, in 2026, the jewellery house is elevating this once-near-forgotten technique with the introduction of the enamel watch
Since the 19th century, paillonné enamel has been an integral part of Tiffany’s creative lexicon, a legacy cemented by former creative director Jean Schlumberger. A true visionary, Schlumberger elevated this near-forgotten technique to the pinnacle of luxury, integrating it extensively into Tiffany & Co.’s designs, most famously, his iconic Croisillon bangles.
Now, in 2026, Tiffany & Co. is reigniting this passion for enamel, translating Schlumberger’s original jewellery vision into the realm of timepieces with the highly anticipated introduction of the Enamel Watch.

This new, instantly iconic timepiece features a vibrant enamel ring paired with a diamond-set dial, all encircled by twelve striking cross-stitch motifs in 18k yellow gold. These motifs, which rotate gracefully with the movement of the wrist, inject a playful, energetic spirit into the otherwise mundane process of telling time - a process demanding a total of 65 hours of meticulous craftsmanship to complete.
The design is offered in limited quantities across three variations, available in either white or yellow gold. Each model boasts a dazzling 204 diamonds on the dial and a further 366 diamonds meticulously set across its 36mm case, creating an unbroken expanse of spectacular sparkle.

Two of these designs are presented on a refined leather strap, either in crisp white or the signature Tiffany & Co. blue, with the enamel ring colour-matched and set in white gand yellow gold respectively. The undisputed crowning jewel of the collection, however, is the high-jewellery model: a breathtaking 18k full-pavé white gold bracelet featuring an additional 666 diamonds, alongside the striking blue enamel ring.
In a poignant homage to Schlumberger, the case back is artfully engraved with a sunburst pattern inspired by the creative's own Floral Arrows brooch, and is further embellished with 14 additional diamonds.
