The duo have joined forces to create an Autumn-ready trainer, ideal for brightening the dreary days ahead

The trainer brand VEJA have today paired up with French fashion brand ba&sh to create a new ‘70s inspired set of trainers with an autumnal feel. The two brands have collaborated on two different sets of vintage-style footwear, both in a colour scheme which evokes a wintry sunset just in time for the cooler months ahead.

The collaboration, which includes two colour combinations – one colourway being the more muted sand, baby blue and dusky pink and the other the joy-bringing yellow with accents of orange and red. The mix of suede material, and thicker sole means the sneakers are ideal for long, wintry walks in the Scandinavian forests.

Crafted from a mix of alveomesh – a technical fabric made entirely out of recycled polyester – along with suede sourced from farms in Brazil’s Rio Grande do Sul. While the shoe’s leather comes directly from Uruguay farms, after which it is tanned in Brazil without any hazardous chemicals. The footwear's finishing touch is the technical sole of the two shoes, developed in collaboration with Italian innovative shoe design company VIBRAM.
