The FOMO List: This month’s can’t-miss items from Scandinavia's best luxury sourcer

By Martina Harts

Welcome to FOMO List, a monthly column courtesy of Danish fashion sourcer extraordinaire Martina Harts. Having earned the reputation for being able to get her hands on the most impossible-to-get luxury items, Harts receives more than 50 requests per day from fashion profiles all over the world, each seeking their dream piece. Here, Harts offers an insider guide to this month’s most requested items – the ones that you can still get your hands on, anyway. Snap them up before it’s too late.

Though I'm writing to you from a sun-kissed Greek island, where, for the first time this year, I’ve finally pressed pause, sourcing never truly rests. Even as most of Scandinavia turns on its OOO emails, requests continue to flood my inbox.

Still, I'm surrounded by a visual feast of pieces that make laptop life feel blissfully far away. Think Alaïa’s sculptural silhouettes to sharp Miu Miu tailoring, whisper-light Chanel knits and Hermès treasures — yes, including the elusive Picnic Birkin. I hope you, too, are finding moments of lightness — whether poolside, city-bound, or on your own island escape — and that your wardrobe is keeping pace with your memories.

While many are still basking in high summer, our clients are already deep in pre-orders for fall. That’s why this month’s column blends both worlds: the most requested summer pieces right now, alongside my personal forecast for what’s to come — from buttery suede and fisherman sandals to Khaite’s sculpted clogs and a new generation of boots.

Wishing you a beautiful holiday season, wherever you are — filled with love, light, and impeccable looks.

1

The Row

Elastic leather ballet flats

Via Mytheresa

Minimalism is having a renaissance moment, and The Row’s ballet flats are leading the charge. Whisper-soft leather, a subtle square toe, and that understated silhouette make them the go-to for women who dress with quiet confidence. Already hard to find in multiple sizes — these will not last.

2

Miu Miu

Cotton corduroy wide-leg pants

Via Mytheresa

Miu Miu’s reworking of the school uniform continues to reign, and these wide-leg, soft-beige corduroy trousers are its latest chapter. Tailored, relaxed, and endlessly versatile, they’re set to become a fall staple before September even begins.

3

Loewe

Anagram cotton gabardine jacket

Via Mytheresa

When Jonathan Anderson does outerwear, it’s never just practical — it’s sculptural. This gabardine raincoat is impossibly light yet structured, perfect for those late-summer showers or layering over fall knits. A smart buy with long legs through transitional months.

4

Miu Miu

Shearling-trimmed leather jacket

Via Mytheresa

One of the most requested items by our private clients this season. This shearling-trimmed jacket oozes both rebellion and refinement — a true investment piece that feels just as relevant on city streets as it does après-ski. Preorder interest is already soaring.

5

Proenza Schouler

Ramona suede trench coat

Via Mytheresa

Suede is back — richer, softer, and more sensual than ever. Proenza’s take is timeless with a twist: sculpted lapels, fluid lines, and a belted silhouette that works over dresses or boots. If you buy one coat this season, make it this one.

6

Rene Caovilla

Cleo embellished leather sandals

Via Mytheresa

These are the heels you pack even when you swear you won’t wear heels. With signature crystal spirals and barely-there leather, they pair with everything from linen dresses to slinky slip skirts. Perfect for weddings, end-of-summer celebrations — and destined to sell out (again).

7

Magda Butrym

Crochet thong sandals

Via Mytheresa

Handcrafted cool. These sandals blend vacation ease with high-fashion edge, making them one of the most shared (and saved) items across our networks. Wear them with oversized shirting now and with socks and mini skirts once the weather turns.

8

Prada

Cropped layered cotton jersey T-shirt

Via Mytheresa

It’s just a tee, until it’s Prada. This cropped, layered piece is already showing up on editors and stylists backstage. The kind of item that vanishes before you even hit “add to cart.” Understated, elevated, and soon impossible to get.

9

Khaite

Sybil 40 leather ankle boots

Via Mytheresa

Sleek, sculptural, and sharply feminine — these boots are the shape of the season. The burgundy hue is unexpected yet wearable, and the 40mm heel hits that rare sweet spot between elegance and all-day comfort. Already low in core sizes.

10

Khaite

Britt 25 calf hair clogs

Via Mytheresa

Clogs are no longer a niche trend — they’re a full-blown movement, and Khaite’s calf-hair version is leading the way. Luxe yet grounded, they’re made for the woman who blends city cool with countryside practicality. Trust us, they’ll be everywhere come October.

11

The Row

Leather slip-on shoes

Via Mytheresa

The kind of shoe that whispers luxury. These slip-ons carry The Row’s signature restraint and are already gaining cult status among those in-the-know. Not flashy, but unforgettable — and selling fast in the quieter shades.

12

Yves Saint Laurent

Y leather-trimmed raffia shopper

Via Mytheresa

The raffia bag, redefined. This YSL shopper blends utility and polish, perfect for late summer in the city or as a carry-on for September escapes. Already seen on several high-profile clients, this is the tote of the moment.

13

Yves Saint Laurent

SL 706 square sunglasses

Via Mytheresa

Strong lines, oversized lenses, and that YSL attitude. These sculptural frames have become a fashion week favorite — dramatic yet wearable, and the perfect finishing touch to transitional dressing. A future classic in the making.

14

Miu Miu

Ruches nappa leather fisherman's sandals

Via Miu Miu

The fisherman sandal is the surprise star of the season and Miu Miu’s version is the most elevated take we’ve seen. Crafted in ruched nappa leather, they bring softness to an otherwise utilitarian silhouette. Wear them with bare legs now, then with ribbed socks and wool skirts later. Already gaining traction on preorder lists and guaranteed to be next season’s unlikely cult favorite.

15

Prada

Cotton midi-skirt

Clean lines, subtle volume, and that signature Prada restraint — this cotton midi skirt is the definition of modern femininity. The structured silhouette paired with utilitarian pockets makes it versatile enough for both city tailoring and off-duty cool. Already one of the most requested new-season items by our private clients, it’s set to become a foundational piece in the FW25 wardrobe. Expect this one to go fast.
