Back to their regularly scheduled vacationing, influencers and celebrities alike have decamped to country houses, destination hotels, or the quiet luxury of recuperating at home. Don't be fooled into thinking they've traded style for rest, though – even off-duty, this crowd is still dressing with intention.
Newly engaged Emilie Tømmerberg set the tone on the Italian isle of Ischia, meeting the soaring temperatures head-on in a vivid red mini dress from Californian label Staud – a punchy, holiday-ready choice. That same appetite for colour surfaced for Jamilla Strand, who was spotted out and about in New York putting her own spin on the sandwich dressing trend. She swapped the expected white of zebra print for a buttery yellow, matching her printed shoes to her satin cami, and slotting a leather midi pencil skirt in between.
