To say Sydney Sweeney is busy is an understatement. The Euphoria star has been on a near-constant global press circuit, and with the release of her latest project, that pace shows no signs of slowing. Currently in New York promoting Christy – the forthcoming biopic in which she portrays former professional boxer Christy Martin – Sweeney has been spotted weaving through the city’s streets in a series of eye-catching looks. And while her on-screen transformation sees her bruised, bloodied and dressed down in sweat-soaked tank tops, her press wardrobe tells an entirely different story.

With assistance from the keen eye of celebrity stylist Molly Dickson, Sweeny has been serving one impeccable sartorial look after another, hopping about Midtown, attending high-profile chat shows, in-depth interviews, and glamorous photocalls. But our favourite sighting from this promotional circuit (of course) comes courtesy of Danish favourite Ganni.
The actor, out in Soho for a special screening of the movie, eschewed a traditional dress in favour of a brown woollen jacket from the label's 2026 Resort collection, as of yet unreleased, cleverly repurposing it as a sophisticated mini dress. With its built-in belt detail cinching her waist, she masterfully finished off her monochromatic ensemble with a pair of knee-high croc-print boots from Staud, a sleek Jimmy Choo handbag and effortlessly chic Prada sunglasses. It was a perfect display of high-low styling, proving that Sweeney’s fashion prowess, especially those of Scandinavian origin, is just as compelling as her on-screen transformations.
