1

Sea buckthorn smoothie

A true skin saviour, sea buckthorn is known for healing wounds and burns, promoting elasticity, and protecting against dryness. It also contains about 12 times more vitamin C than an orange, hence this is an astonishing berry for glow and firmer skin.

2-3 servings

  • ½ zucchini
  • 1 orange
  • 4 cm fresh ginger
  • 2 cm fresh turmeric
  • 100 g sea buckthorn
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 2 dl water or herbal tea

Peel the zucchini, the orange, the ginger, and the turmeric. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until the texture is smooth. Store in a tightly sealed, clean bottle.

Blackcurrant smoothie

From reducing gut inflammation to helping with dark circles, black currants are vitamin-packed super berries boasting a wide variety of benefits that you should really consider adding to your everyday routine.

2-3 servings

  • 1 dl mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1 ½ dl black currants or blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cucumber
  • 4 cm fresh peeled ginger
  • 10 g parsley
  • 10 g coriander
  • 1 celery stick
  • 3 dl water, 40 degrees Celsius

Mix all ingredients in a blender until you get a creamy smoothie texture. Store in the fridge and consume within three days.
