'Bouquet de Venezia' – a new limited-eidtion extension of the Danish designer's cult 'Cellophane' vase collections – captures the unique atmosphere of a shimmering summer night in Venice
Fine jewellery designer Sophie Bille Brahe is again turning her poetic gaze from pearls to glasswork with the launch of 'Bouquet de Venezia', a limited-edition collection of handcrafted vases made on the storied island of Murano. Rooted in the romance of Venetian evenings and inspired by the effervescence of a freshly poured Bellini, the eight one-of-a-kind vases are crafted using traditional Murano glassblowing techniques: a nod to the centuries-old craftsmanship that Bille Brahe deeply reveres. Each vessel captures the soft hues of Venetian twilight in translucent tones she’s dubbed Bellini Rose, Bellini, and Bellini Sky, referencing the pastel palette of both the cocktail and the city itself.
“For me, the Bouquet de Venezia is all about the lights on a summer evening in Venice, and the feeling when drinking a Bellini on Calle Vallaresso,” says Bille Brahe, who is known for infusing her works with personal memory and quiet opulence.

The hero design: Bouquet de Venezia.
At the heart of the collection is the namesake piece: Bouquet de Venezia – a vase crowned with a delicate wreath of glass-blown flowers, echoing the sculptural forms found in Bille Brahe’s jewellery universe. The vases extend the sensibility of her Cellophane collection, merging tactile delicacy with bold, architectural shape.
While known globally for her celestial diamonds and modern heirlooms, this move into glass feels less like a pivot and more like a natural evolution. Venice, with its quiet grandeur and reverence for detail, has long been a source of inspiration for Bille Brahe. It's an invitation to a shimmer Italian evening, one where storytelling, setting, and objects all intertwine.

True to the designer’s ethos of limited, meaningful luxury, the Bouquet de Venezia vases are available exclusively through her website and will not be reproduced. With only eight made, the collection is as rare and romantic as the city that inspired it.
