A true professional never lets a sub-zero temperature or a little gust of wind get in the way of a good look. At Copenhagen Fashion Week autumn/winter '24, the fashion set braved the elements to bring their very best to the streets of the Danish capital. Characterised by dashes of colour, inventive layering and trusty statement outerwear, this season’s street style did not disappoint.
Dashing from show to show, there were certain garments that were inescapable. Relaxed and otherwise deconstructed tailoring – looks that were mirrored on several runways this season – was a street style favourite, oft complete with a Windsor-knotted tie. Elsewhere, denim and leather – two Danish street style staples – took many forms. Then there were the statement accessories; faux fur bags, graphic sunglasses and weather-appropriate balaclavas.
