For Vogue Scandinavia's latest digital cover, the founders of Norwegian viral sensation The Quick Style – who bring together people and talent from all around the world – are captured as you've never seen them before, within an Oslo museum rarely before used for a shoot of this kind. Editor in chief Martina Bonnier pens a letter about this one-of-a-kind story

What first struck me about our new digital cover stars, Norwegian dance sensation Quick Style, was their enthusiasm. With their millions of followers and high profile projects, they could have easily been blasé about this unique digital feature. Quite the opposite; shortly after we shot this story, at the extraordinary Vigelandsmuseet in Oslo, the guys reached out to me to personally express their gratitude, noting how honoured they are to join the Vogue Scandinavia family. It’s the same joy and enthusiasm that comes through every time they dance. It’s precisely what has made them superstars both within Scandinavia and far beyond.

This marks our very first digital cover that emphasises moving images. After all, if you’re going to feature Quick Style, you want to showcase their otherworldly dance talent. This is a cover that could only be executed digitally. To that end, it perfectly encapsulates the way we work at Vogue Scandinavia, leaning into technology for more dynamic storytelling. Given that Quick Style has found their success online – most famously via their viral wedding dance video – it only makes sense to feature them across all of our digital platforms. Look forward to more surprises from Quick Style surprises on our social accounts in the coming days.

While Quick Style has really blown up overseas, they are proudly Norwegian, maintaining their studio and home base in Oslo. We are so honoured to feature this singularly talented group on our digital cover, especially given that it’s quite rare to find a dance crew on the cover of Vogue. To have the chance to shoot them at Vigelandsmuseet, one of the most breathtakingly beautiful museums in all of Scandinavia, was really something special. Seeing Quick Style dancing among Gustav Vigeland’s iconic sculptures is truly a bit of Nordic magic.
