Runic Astrology July 20th - 26th: What do the runes have in store for you this week?

By Randi Bjærum

Runic astrologer Randi Bjærum uses the ancient Viking practice to forecast your love, money, career, style and health every week

Divination in runes is an ancient art that can be traced back to the Norse God Odin. Old scriptures show that the Vikings then continued this tradition – they even used used rune symbols in jewellery, clothing and weapons to boost their energy.

Each person has their own rune stone, depending on on what day, and at what time they were born. This unique birth rune indicates the abilities, talents and resources that you bring into your life.

But as the universe is constantly changing, daily, weekly or monthly runic astrology can tell you how events, actions and things affect your life. It can also reveal what energies, events and changes are occurring, and how you can best act on them. A runic horoscope is a guide to your spiritual journey and a guide on how to live life to the fullest.

An opportunity presents itself – but only if you seize it. Don't wait for someone else to invite you in. Be brave enough to make the first move, especially in the second half of the week.

The wind turns in your favour. It's easier to move forward once you stop rowing against the current. Make the most of the tailwind when it arrives.

Isa (28th November – 13th December)

A secret, an answer or an explanation comes to light. You finally gain insight into something that has remained unclear. Be curious rather than suspicious.

Jera (13th December – 28th December)

You become more aware of who gives you energy and who drains it. Choosing the right company becomes easier. Seek out the people who bring you a sense of calm, especially in the second half of the week.

Eihwaz (28th December – 13th January)

Timing is everything. What was too soon a few weeks ago may now be exactly right. Trust your sense that the moment has arrived. Use the first three days of the week to prepare before fully committing.
