Now it really feels like Fashion Week is back: Phil Oh is shooting New York street style for the first time in 18 months. The week started off on an exuberant note with Collina Strada, where Oh photographed guests in the label’s clashing prints and embellished masks against the sunset at Brooklyn Grange.
