It's just a few months until Oslo Runway 2026 and things are already heating up. Below, discover what to expect as we break down the lineup for this year's upcoming Norwegian fashion foray
Preparations are underway for Oslo Runway 2026, set to transform the Norwegian capital from August 31st to September 5th into an oasis of Nordic fashion. This season’s official schedule presents a meticulously curated tapestry of fashion, weaving together established houses with the industry’s most compelling emerging talents.
Beyond the traditional catwalk, the program celebrates Norway’s creative identity through extraordinary venues, notably the Kistefos Museum, where art, architecture, and nature converge. At the heart of this cultural exchange is the Oslo Runway NEXT support program, which this year spotlights the visionary work of Anna Ringstad and the sister-led label Wilhelmina, underscoring a steadfast commitment to the next generation of Norwegian design.

While the debut of emerging talent on the runway is always an exciting spectacle, there is a distinct and comforting reassurance in seeing our most cherished labels return to the spotlight. The Norwegian fashion scene will once again be graced by the familiar creativity of brands like Envelope1976, Pearl Octopuss.y, and Ella&Il.
Furthermore, we are thrilled to welcome Holzweiler home; having showcased in Copenhagen, the brand returns to its Norwegian roots.
Welcome to the stage
This season, the Oslo Runway schedule welcomes an array of exciting labels making their catwalk debut. Aks Label, known for its elegant and ephemeral designs, is set to make its highly anticipated Oslo Runway debut. It is joined by Anna Ringstad, a participant in the Oslo Runway NEXT program, whose bold aesthetic offers a refreshing departure from the conventional minimalism typically associated with Nordic fashion.
Other newcomers include Missmaya, bringing its signature dusty florals and effortless silhouettes to the Oslo stage, and One and Other, with its focus on exceptional lines.
And notable absences
While the sheer breadth of fresh talent on this season's schedule is undeniably thrilling, it’s impossible not to notice the gaps where some of our industry's most beloved staples previously stood. The absence of steadfast names like Dale of Norway, Camila Pihl, F5 Collections, Josephine Studio, and Oleana creates a palpable shift in the lineup. We can only hope this departure is merely a brief hiatus rather than a permanent change.

After three years of championing jewellery artists, Oslo Runway is evolving in 2026. Stepping away from its traditional art exhibition model, they are unveiling the Jewelry Room – a new hub functioning as a showroom, retail space, and gathering spot. Located within the Shy Collective showroom, this space will invite visitors to explore Nordic jewellery from select brands, including A.S.G, Aur Studio, and Ravn Jewelry.
