How Nittsjö Keramik, one of Sweden’s oldest craft companies, is keeping centuries-old pottery traditions alive

There aren’t many craft companies in Scandinavia whose history dates back centuries and that still produce everything where it all began, by hand. Nittsjö Keramik in Rättvik is one of those rare gems, its tactile and earthy-hued ceramic pieces lovingly made in Dalarna, an area famous for its red clay.
