Model Caroline Winberg makes her signature dish for Vogue Scandinavia

We step inside the Swedish model’s home to see what’s for dinner

“I actually came up with this dish when we went skiing up north,” model Caroline Winberg says as we stand in her Stockholm home. “One of my friends is allergic to fish… the other doesn’t eat gluten and there were seven kids. So we were all in charge of create different food, different nights and there weren't a lot of options.”

The dish she concocted is an Asian-fusion bolognese created using rice noodles, chilli, meat, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, spring onion, mushrooms and lots of garlic.
