From Oslo, with Love (Lolina): Norwegian favourite Love Lolina lands in Stockholm with a Stureplan pop-up full of florals, frills and easy summer dressing. Step inside the launch celebrations with Vogue Scandinavia

Spring is in the air in Stockholm and the blooming cherry blossoms in Kungsträdgården prove it. Another sign of sunnier days ahead? Just a stone throw away from Humlegården, Norwegian label Love Lolina has set up shop in Sturegatan, hosting a limited time only pop up housing racks full of dresses in floral prints, tiered skirts with frills and linen trim, and other delightful co-ord sets to swirl in as the weather gets warmer.

Ahead of opening to the public on the afternoon of April 22nd, the label invited the Swedish style set to celebrate the brands latest expansion, ringing in the milestone with breakfast bites from Banacado, champagne flutes filled with fizz, and pretty in pink strawberry smoothies, the celebration co-hosted by Molly Rustas and owners Alethe Marie Heltzen Wilhelmsen and Marte Madeleine Mosand.

Founded in 2019 by the duo, Love Lolina stemmed from the pair’s experience in Norwegian marketing. After supporting brands like Malina, Neo Noi and Maanesten through their agency You & I, they felt inspired to create a label of their own. What materialised was a collection of garments championing femininity: delicate dresses in bright florals, softly structured tweed sets with pearl embellishments and flowy skirts with eyelet detailing – just to name a few – all designed to capture that breezy feeling of slipping into an effortless summer piece. “We’ve always wanted to create clothes that make women feel beautiful,” they say. “That feeling comes first.”

The brand is seen on the likes of Swedish it girl Desiré Inglander, Norwegian singer Victoria Nadine, and, perhaps – even you. The popular online retailer can now be experienced in person at Stureplan 19 from April 22 - May 3rd. Swipe through for photos from the opening event.
