Love is Blind: Sweden host Jessica Almenäs wasn’t expecting the show to be such a big deal. She figured folks would watch it in Sweden, sure, but she wasn’t expecting our local iteration of the Netflix show, in which participants date each other “blind” from pods in hopes of ultimately getting married, to be such a worldwide hit. “I was really surprised – it was a total shocker, actually,” says Almenäs, noting her DMs were flooded by fans from all over the world following the first season. But heading into season two, the first episodes of which land on Netflix today, she was prepared, both mentally and in terms of fashion.
