For those with a taste for elegant minimalism, Copenhagen-based accessories brand Lié Studio has joined forces with esteemed Italian designer Lido to unveil the ultimate summer swim collection – and it's available now
As temperatures increase and a wisp of sunlight sustains at 10.00PM, it’s a sure sign that we are edging into summer. Many will be making their escape to the summer houses soon, ready to take that first dip in the archipelago. Others are longing to check into that hotel that was carefully selected back in January, ready to jet off to Bora Bora, Portugal or anywhere else with a deliciously high UV index. Both of these have one thing in common, however: the need for the perfect poolside ensemble.
Thankfully, Lié Studio and Lido have joined forces to give us the answer, and it’s flawless.
In an elegant jade tone and rich brown hue, the Venetian swimwear brand and Copenhagen accessories label have teamed up to offer two different swim silhouettes designed to elevate any summer wardrobe. Based on two of Lido's classic designs, the pieces, a bikini and swimsuit, are reimagined with a Dalmation gemstone that references Lié Studio's signature Summer Stones jewellery. Not only does this elegant and eye catching stone add a refined and decorative element to the designs, but it acts as a nod to the rugged beauty of the Sicilian coastline, where the campaign was shot.

Said shapes are designed with versatility in mind. Both the bikini and swimsuit can be worn in a multitude of ways, allowing them have a life outside of the water, to fit the wearers mood or setting. Plus the rich, soft, sun-washed hues bring a reminiscence of late-summer light: golden, earthy, deep and luxurious.
