Robyn, Lykke Li, Madonna and more: The curated sound of our April-May issue

By Eleanor Kittle

With a new issue comes a whole new playlist to soundtrack your life. Here, tune into the curated playlist of Vogue Scandinavia's April-May issue

At Vogue Scandinavia, we firmly believe the act of reading our magazine should be an entirely immersive experience - a symphony of visuals, compelling words, and accompanying sounds. With that final, crucial element in mind, we unveil this issue's curated soundtrack, expertly compiled by contributing playlist curator, Antoine Vuillemin.

With the iconic Robyn gracing our cover, it would be a missed opportunity not to indulge in her new album while perusing the glossy pages of this latest issue. Therefore, it was music to our ears (pun wholeheartedly intended) when, two days after the magazine's launch, Sexistential was released into the world. Naturally, the title track has secured its rightful place on this essential playlist.

"I tried to represent Scandinavia through iconic artists such as Robyn and Lykke Li," Vuillemin explains, "but also different horizons with Sven Wunder, Baba Stiltz, Fine, Waterbaby and Pávva. There is almost everything in there. From ambient to jazz, downtempo to pop, reggae to soul. This is music to reflect on and get inspired by: the playlist is simply sexy."

With this in mind, we invite you, dear reader, to immerse yourself in the colourful, fun-filled world of Gustaf Westman whilst tuning into to the mantric sounds of Madonna's 'Paradise (Not for Me)', brave the chilly landscapes of Icehotel whilst absorbing the warming aura of 'A Touch of Temptation', or stroll the beaches with Kelly and Jamie Gale accompanied by the vintage riffs of 'The Paris Match'.

To tap into a state of true Scandinavian euphoria, look no further than the pages of this issue and the shuffle of this perfectly crafted playlist.
