For her first day on set of The Devil Wears Prada 2, Emily Blunt kept it casual in a pair of Axel Arigato sneakers
With all eyes on The Devil Wears Prada 2, which is currently filming on the streets of New York, an entirely new outfit category has emerged: The Devil Wears Prada 2 off-duty looks. And while Andy Sachs’ outfits have the internet divided, we can all agree that Emily Blunt’s casual between-scenes look hits all the right low-key notes.

Slipping out of Emily Charlton’s fussy skintight, over-accessorised wardrobe (we haven’t spotted Blunt in character yet, but we can dream), the British actor looks effortless in a teal graphic T-shirt, cropped denim and a baseball cap. And while the taupe Dior Book Tote and water bottle (stay hydrated – it’s hot out there) are well-considered accessories, we’re looking a bit further down. Namely, at Blunt’s sneakers, which are courtesy of Swedish brand Axel Arigato. Blunt opted for the Dice T-Toe sneakers in shades of white, no-fuss footwear that draws it’s silhouette from 90s skate shoes.
Meanwhile, Blunt’s role in the hotly anticipated sequel remains tightly under wraps. Who knows, perhaps Emily Charlton has swapped her stilettos for sneakers, but we would’t bet our unreleased Harry Potter manuscripts on it. Watch this space.
