When it comes to traditional eye makeup, the placement of the shadow is fairly uniform – the pigment is placed on top of the eyelid and, on occasion, or if you’re feeling particularly daring and avant-garde, towards the brow bone or temple. But eyeshadow is getting an upside down update, and it looks like the era of the clean under-eye might be coming to an end.
