In a discrete, elegant building in the centre of Copenhagen one finds The Darling. Less like a traditional hotel experience and more like staying at a friend’s flat (if that friend has excellent taste, that is), the three-suite guesthouse has become a bona fide destination for lovers of art and design. Founder Uffe Buchard gives us the grand tour of his charming oasis.
