For its latest campaign, which emphasises covetable tonal looks, Boss anoints British actor Aaron Pierre and Indian actor Ishaan Khatter as the world’s next bosses

Boss has a knack for plucking of-the-moment campaign talents that exude, well, boss energy (former Vogue Scandinavia digital cover star Arnas Fedaravičius springs to mind). The stars of the brand’s fall/winter 2025 campaign are no exception. This time around, the brand tapped English actor Aaron Pierre, who is set to become a household name with the forthcoming DC Universe film Lanterns (he plays John Stewart, one of the titular Green Lanterns), and Indian actor Ishaan Khatter, whose acclaimed film Homebound has him bound for Hollywood. The duo join familiar Boss talents Taylor Fritz, Amelia Gray and K-pop superstar S.COUPS.

Though both actors embody that aforementioned boss-ness, for the autumn/winter '25 'Be the Next' Boss campaign (which, as the name suggests, scoops up the next global superstars), the focus, instead, is on the world “be”. This suggests a sense of self-assurance and confidence, both of which are emphasised in the striking campaign images.

Meanwhile, as autumn settles in on Scandinavia, the tonal layered looks showcased in the images – decadent turtlenecks, plush wool overcoats and relaxed trousers – provide all the inspiration one needs for the season. The perfect seasonal looks to look and feel like a boss… or to just be.
