Ahead of the Super Human Summit, a Brilliant Minds-associated summit coming to Stockholm on June 7th, we ask host Bryan Johnson, who has dedicated his life (and fortune) to reversing his biological age, for some easy tips on anti-aging
When I reach Bryan Johnson at his home in Los Angeles, he is sitting in a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy tank. It’s 11.15AM where he is and he’s already completed his five-hour morning routine, which includes a well-curated mix of exercise and meditation, supplements and serums as well as some focused work. It’s all part of his well-documented anti-ageing initiative. Dubbed 'The Blueprint', his approach is the basis of a movement he’s dubbed simply 'Don’t Die' (perhaps you saw the Netflix documentary, Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever). On June 7th, Johnson brings his ethos and anti-aging findings to Stockholm as the host of of the Super Human Summit, an invite-only summit of thought leaders in the space of longevity science and human evolution.
“A couple of years ago, I posted online that I think we’re the first generation that won’t die. With the advancements in AI, this big change is coming,” says Johnson, who set off on his anti-ageing journey in the wake of selling his company Braintree (including the Swish-like app Venmo) to PayPal for $800 million. “We really should be getting together and talking about the future of human potential, in the same way the Founding Fathers got together in America and said, ‘What is the future of government and democracy?’”
