The Swedish brand has become a red carpet go-to, as evidenced by the looks worn at the Star Wars prequel’s first showing

It seems like everybody is wearing Acne Studios these days. From Formula 1 to press tours and non-profit galas, it seems no event is complete without a sighting of the Swedish brand.

Often worn straight off the runway, these looks have been standouts, with the most recent procession of pieces coming at the premier of The Acolyte, the newest edition to the Star Wars universe. The show features former Vogue Scandinavia cover star Amandla Stenberg, who, alongside fellow actors Dafne Keen Carrie-Anne Moss and Carrie-Anne Moss, donned Acne Studios at the Los Angeles premiere. Read on to see each of their looks.

Amandla Stenberg’s matching set had an appropriately sci-fi vibe, evoking the iconic white two-piece worn by Natalie Portman in the second Star Wars film. The monochromatic pieces highlighted their construction, with artful draping taking centre stage.

Dafne Keen

Dafne Keen opted for a look straight off the runway, with a dress from the Acne Studios autumn/winter ‘24 show. The brown fabric shone with a subtle iridescence with the actors’s chunky silver jewellery grounding the look.
